Per an April 6 Facebook post from the Ho-Chunk Nation Legislative Branch, there will be no per capita dispersal for May 2021.  Tribal members should plan accordingly.

     Per the post, “Due to limited Net Gaming Revenue, there was not enough to fund regular quarterly per capita distributions at previous levels.”

     Following this announcement, tribal members have not received four consecutive per capita payments.  May 2020 marked the last disbursement. 

     Tribal members who have applied for HELP will continue to receive the $700 monthly payments through June.  Eligible applicants are enrolled members of the Ho-Chunk Nation and 18 years (within the month of disbursement) or older.

     Decisions beyond the May distribution have not been made.
