It was a great turnout for this year’s 2022 Ho-Chunk Nation Labor
Day Powwow that took place at the Andrew Blackhawk Memorial Powwow Grounds in
Black River Falls on September 3 - 5.
Drums were rolling with host drums; Lake Delton, Little
Thunder, Ndn Trail, and Ho-Chunk Station.
Jon Pettibone and Boye Ladd emceed the event directed by Ken
“Hank” Funmaker Jr; Arena Director.
The weather was beautiful, bellies were full, and the turnout
made for a very successful Labor Day powwow weekend.
