On April 18, 2001 the Ho-Chunk Nation
Legislature passes Resolution 04-18-01 B, Fireworks Ordinance Resolution
action requires that only HCN tribal enterprises or tribal-affiliated
organizations properly charted as charitable organizations may make
applicant sale, storage and display of fireworks.
Application packets are available at the Division of Safety offices in Black River Falls and will start taking requests for permit applications on April 1, 2004 until June 25, 2004.
