An estimated 500 people, together with the leaders of Wisconsin's tribes, rallied on the steps of the State Capital Building, October 14, 2002.

Workshop trains future leaders
Ho-Chunk youths Derek Miner Lincoln, Jaclyn Carriaga and Mitchell Snowball, along with Circle of Learning Instructor/Coordinator, Lois Behrens, traveled to Chaska, MN where the youth participated in the LifeSkills Center for Leadership, a three day workshop founded by restaurant entrepreneur "Famous Dave" Anderson.

On September 28-29, 2000, the Ho-Chunk Housing Authority's Drug Elimination Program sponsored a Hand Drum Class at the Indian Heights Community Building.
