The Nation's Home Ownership program
Since its inception in 1994 the Ho-Chunk Nation's Home Ownership program has provided 618 tribal members the funds to buy or refinance a home.

Creating a better Me
On June 24, 2002 there were several presenters, who gave a substantial amount of information of experiences to 100 youth about the roles of what a male and female should consider, regarding values, morals, marriage, self-respect, and preventive measures regarding sexual activities.

Redistricting remains unsettled
Standing by his original decision issued on February 12, 2002, Associate Trial Court Judge Todd Matha on June 21st, again denied a challenge to the January 12, 2002 Redistricting Election results.

Ho-Chunk Riders
The "Ho-Chunk biker", just a title to some, but to the serious minded motorcycle enthusiasts such as the ones I sat down to interview, it remains a constant in their lives.

On July 8, 2002, Marlene Hopinkah and her daughter Sara Dobbs, both of Black River Falls, had their lives changed.
