Court denies Redistricting challenge
Though he agreed that the challengers to last month’s Redistricting Election should be dissatisfied with the level of notice given them by the Election Board, Associate Trial Court Judge Todd Matha ruled that those challenging the results did not offer sufficient proof that had more people known about the election and voted, the results would have changed.
